Founder
Paul Vargas is a born local of Palm Beach County. His passion for surfing began at the young age of 10. Since then surfing has inspired Paul to travel and surf international locations including: Bahamas, Barbados, Puerto Rico, Hawaiian Islands, South America, Central America, Indonesia, Australia, and South Africa. In addition to his travels, he lived and taught in Coolangatta, Australia for two years. Academically, Paul holds a Bachelors degree in Health Science and a degree in Physical Therapy P.T.A.

Competitively, he has received numerous district titles in both the Open Men's and Men's Master Division. Paul continues to be involved with the E.S.A. and N.S.S.A. surfing events. Also, during the year corporate and local sponsors team up with Paul to create local surfing contests for kids held right here in Jupiter, Florida!

Paul began his teaching career with the Palm Beach County lifeguard association in 1995. In 1997 Paul created his first surfing school.
By 2002, Paul created and founded his second surf school, known today as the Aloha Surfing School. Aloha has since grown to be one of the most recognized surf schools in South Florida.
